





Our 8’’ Smelter boot lets you stand the heat of foundry, smelting, casting and corrosive environment industries. This work boots is built extra tough with Protec leathers to prevent the entry of molten metals. Redback’s unique Nitrile vulcanized rubber outsole is resistant to repeat exposures of 300c & single exposure of 1000c, passing the renowned smelter dip-test for 3 seconds. The flexible attributes of this heavy duty boot encourages normal foot function including forefoot flex and heel stability, making this Hot metal boot not only safe but extremely comfortable. Taking Safety a step further as we normally do, we have included an external MET guard to provide top foot protection which the most susceptible to injury. Exposed Kevlar stitching keeps your boots tough and in tact when exposed to molten splashes. The slip on design has Velcro straps to ensure closure and allows for immediate release in the event of sudden exposure.
