These are exactly what I wanted. I’ve been wearing the outback boots for work the last year and those exceeded my expectations. But I wanted a pair of casual fashion boots with a more attractive outsole and heel, and as a woman there are limited options that are actually durable and still made high quality. These are a snug fit but I expect the leather to soften with wear. I’ve removed the insoles temporarily as they break in. With these being slip on, I would like them to remain snug so I am choosing not to upsize. The pipeline tan color is more warm toned than the stock image but I am not unsatisfied. In the future could be cute for the sole to be brown as well for a monochromatic look.

Beautiful and comfortable everyday boots. Out of the box I loved the khaki color but I live in Michigan with lots of snow and salt; after applying the Mink Oil for waterproofness they darked up a bit as expected, also purchased from Redback. I purchased replacement insoles as I usually don't enjoy stock insoles but these are so comfy already! Tread has been grippy on all but super slushy slush, but that's the nature of the beast. Paired with a thick wool sock, these have been great of Michigan winters thus far. Will return for another boot at some point to join the collection.
