Manufacturer's Footwear Warranty

Redback USA takes great pride in our footwear and is committed to providing the highest quality product in the industry.

We will replace, within 180 days, any of our footwear with manufacturer defects. These warranties do not include normal wear and tear, abuse or products that have been altered.

Send the product back for inspection and include proof of purchase (with date of purchase clearly shown) from Redback USA or an Authorized Distributor. Also include a note describing defect, course of action requested and your contact information.

Redback USA cannot guarantee the authenticity, nor warranty products purchased on eBay, Amazon, auction sites or from non-authorized resellers. Please call (877) 905-2668 to verify our Distribution Partners.
