Firefighter Combat Challenge

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for your support of me "Paul Weinburgh" in the Firefighter Combat Challenge this year. I have been running all year under the Redback Boot Logo on my bunker pants and have felt honored to be given that opportunity.

You and Redback Boot have been a great supporter of me this year and I have kept you up to date with my progress throughout. I competed in the following events this year "Indianapolis ID, York PA, Virginia Beach VA, Myrtle Beach SC, Gainesville FL, Erie PA and Augusta ME". I have achieved a lot more than I expected this year to include three "3" first place finishes, three "3" second place finishes and one "1" third place finish. I have broken both the Massachusetts and the New England Records for a competitors over the age of "40" with a time of 1:58.08. I also finished with a National ranking of 4th. All this was achieved due to the financial and emotional support of Redback Boot.

I leave Wednesday October 11, 2006 for Clayton County GA to compete in the U.S. Nationals that are being held on Friday and Saturday the 13th & 14th. I also have an opportunity to compete at the World Challenge XV to be held in Las Vegas November 6th to 11th, 2006 "The last event of the year". This brings Firefighter competitors from all over the world to compete.
